Skinless Chicken Breast (Lean)

Correct Weight chicken breast is lean and healthy and unlike beef, you must make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through.

It’s a good choice for steaming, either in a suitable saucepan or an Asian bamboo steamer.

After 10 minutes of gentle steaming cut into the breast to check how cooked it is and then steam further for up to another 10 minutes. Grilling is another excellent choice for chicken breast. If you don’t have time for marinates, just coat the chicken with a little olive oil. Preheat your grill on high for around 10 minutes. Place your chicken on the grill and reduce heat to medium. Cook for about 7 minutes in each side and then allow to stand 5 minutes before eating.
