Correct Weight stirfry pork is lean and super healthy.
For a simple pork stirfry, marinate the pork with some chilli, garlic, ginger and soy sauce for 10 minutes. Heat your wok or pan over a high heat, add the oil and stir fry the pork for about 2 minutes. Add in sliced capsicum and sugar snap peas and 100ml water and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until pork is tender. Add in some HP Guinness sauce, noodles, spring onions, bean sprouts and stir fry for a further minute and then serve.
