Last year we enjoyed about 604,000 tonnes of Aussie lamb, and it's not surprising when you think of all the delicious recipes you can make, or just on it's own! Lamb is that special meat that you can enjoy without any herbs or spices and it still tastes great.
Australia Day has become a time that we've become particularly fond of putting Lamb on the BBQ and enjoying it with friends, but there are a lot of other things you can do with it too...
